SMOKING

The entire spa, both indoors and outdoors, is a smoke-free environment. In the interest of good health and well-being, we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking while in the spa.

CHECK-IN

For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, please check-in at the spa reception at least 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This will leave you time to relax in the whirlpool, steam or seaside whisper lounge. If you are late, your treatment time will be shortened. Unfortunately, no adjustments are made on the treatment price in this instance.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are available for all of our treatments. You may custom design your spa package to suit a special occasion (prices must include 20% service charge).

SERVICE CHARGE

For your convenience a 20% service charge will be automatically added to all spa services and charged at check-out. Any additional gratuity is at your discretion.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your spa appointments are reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy to our therapists and other guests, we require a 4-hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do this will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service. If it is necessary to reschedule an appointment within the 4-hour period, a $35 fee will be charged. All "NO SHOWS" will be billed 100% for their scheduled services.

FACILITY FEE

If a resort guest chooses to enjoy the spa amenities without a spa appointment, a $25 spa facility fee will be charged.
