AGE
Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a spa treatment or access the spa facility, including the lounge areas and rooftop garden. Guests 17 years of age and younger may enjoy a spa treatment providing there is an adult accompanying them during the treatment. Children may use the salon with adult supervision.
CELL PHONES & PAGERS
Please respect the tranquility of our spa by not bringing your cell phone, or if you must, please place it on "Silent". Use is not permitted in any spa areas.
PREGNANCY AND MEDICAL RELATED INFORMATION
We recommend that clients do not have treatment while in the first trimester of pregnancy. Please let us know of any medical conditions, that may be contraindicated for some therapies.
PROMPTNESS/ CANCELLATION
Your spa treatments are reserved exclusively for you, however, if you must cancel or reschedule we require a 4 hour notice. Failure to notify results in no-show, cancellation, or moving fees. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your service time so you may enjoy an unhurried transition into the spa.
AMENITIES
For the enjoyment of our guests, our spa attendants will assist you to the lounge area. We have a whirlpool tub and steam room in each of our ladies and men's lounge area. Please shower before using the whirlpool or steam room.
ECO-AWARENESS
Being respectful of our environment is part of the spa experience. Please only use the number of towels necessary to ensure a pleasant experience and still remain cognizant of the preservation of our natural resources.
Smoking is not permitted in the Spa.
