Winner for Best Customer Satisfaction Among Luxury Category

NEW YORK (August 26, 2010) – Loews Hotels is the winner of the Q2 2010 Market Metrix Hospitality Index (MMHI) ranking highest in customer satisfaction for the luxury category.   The rankings were based on 35, 000 customer interviews conducted during April-June 2010.
