Coming soon to 126 West Street will be the hottest dining spot in Annapolis! WEST Kitchen & Tavern located at the Loews Annapolis Hotel will feature a hearth oven, fresh herb garden, plentiful raw bar, expo kitchen and Chef’s table for group dining experiences. Flexible dining spaces will include indoor and outdoor; private or communal; or bar and lounge seating.
Under the culinary expertise of Kevin Relf, a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and Cornell University, the menu at WEST Kitchen & Tavern will be regionally and seasonally motivated. Chef Kevin will seek his inspiration through local farmers and partners in the greater Chesapeake Region.
“The menu will embody not only the flair of the Chesapeake Bay, but also embrace the venue’s rich history as the Annapolis Dairy Products Company,” said Chef Kevin Relf.
WEST Kitchen & Tavern will create a dining experience unique to Annapolis. From herbs picked fresh for an entree, soda siphoned tableside, brick oven flat bread made-from-scratch or oysters shucked-to-order; diners will remember, enjoy and want to return again and again.
A vibrant and inspired beverage program from renowned Tippling Brothers of New York completes the experience, with innovative, garden-fresh cocktails and a value conscious wine list that highlights sustainable and local wines.

General Manager of the tavern, Stacy Baird will oversee the day-to-day operations of WEST Kitchen & Tavern. Prior to joining WEST, she opened The Chop House in Annapolis Towne Center.

WEST Kitchen & Tavern will be open daily offering breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as daily Happy Hour. Weekends will offer brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
