LOEWS REGENCY HOTEL ANNOUNCES POWER BREAKFAST MOVES UPTOWN TO PARK AVENUE WINTER

NEW YORK, NY (September 25, 2012) – The famed Power Breakfast at 540 Park Avenue will be hosted at Park Avenue Winter beginning January 7, 2013 as the Loews Regency Hotel prepares for a complete revitalization. The restaurant will house the legendary meet up of power brokers through late Autumn 2013.
As the iconic hotel is transformed, Park Avenue Winter will host the notable ‘power’ diners with the familiarity loyal guests have come to value. Leigh Wynn, will continue her duties as doyenne of the breakfast while Stuart Schwartz, Managing Director of the Loews Regency Hotel will oversee the day-to-day operations alongside the restaurant’s General Manager Roger Morlock and Executive Chef Kevin Lasko. The Power Breakfast menu at Park Avenue will feature favored items from Loews Regency and a selection of Park Avenue signature dishes.
“Our regulars are family and we will continue to treat them as such at Park Avenue Winter,” said Jonathan Tisch, Loews Hotels & Resorts Chairman. “The Power Breakfast is temporarily moving, but the comfort and prominence won’t change.”
