Shop The Magnificent Mile
No matter your retail poison, any shopping jaunt in Chicago needs to begin on the Magnificent Mile. High-end boutiques and big-name labels make this stretch of Michigan Avenue a go-to for fabulous finds.
But it’s not the only game in town. Head to the downtown Loop, where State Street is anchored by an historic Macy’s outpost along with other national chain stores including H&M, Nordstrom Rack and T.J. Maxx.
Head a little further afield and you’ll find plenty of other malls and neighborhood streets lined with eclectic boutiques.
