Reservation Guarantee:

Don CeSar wants you to feel completely secure when making reservations on the Website. A technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts (or encodes) sensitive information before it is sent over the Internet is used. Appropriate security measures are employed to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. However, as no online data transmission can be guaranteed to be totally secure, Don CeSar (like all Websites) cannot warrant or guarantee 100% security of any information you transmit through the Website.

Cancellation Policy:

Your spa appointments are reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy to our therapists and other guests, we require a 4-hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do this will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service. If it is necessary to reschedule an appointment within the 4-hour period, a $35 fee will be charged. All "NO SHOWS" will be billed 100% for their scheduled services.
