Offering a variety of elegant boardrooms, ballrooms and event spaces, Loews is the perfect San Diego venue for your meeting or event. Our newly renovated meeting space in neutral beach tones brings the outdoors inside and our beautiful outdoor terraces allow your attendees to enjoy the San Diego weather year round.
FIRST FLOOR
Commodore Ballroom – Offering 13,674 square feet of pillar-free space with nearly 16-foot ceilings and divisible into five sections, Commodore Ballroom is the largest in Coronado and also features an expansive foyer overlooking the San Diego Bay.
SECOND FLOOR
Constellation Ballroom – With natural light flowing from several floor to ceiling windows, this magnificent room features crystal chandeliers and a private terrace overlooking the resort’s marina and pools. It features 5,162 square feet and is divisible into 2 sections.
Britannia & Cambria – Featuring a beautiful foyer that overlooks the resort’s marina, each of these rooms are 1,044 square feet and can be combined for a total of 2,088 square feet.
Sovereign and Aurora – At 900 and 1,023 square feet respectively, each of these rooms features natural light with windows overlooking the marina.
Lenore, Reliance and Board Room – Ranging from 580 – 748 square feet, these three rooms are ideal for small meetings and breakouts.
OUTDOOR FUNCTION AREAS
Bay Terrace – Overlooking the stunning San Diego Bay with views of the Pacific Ocean, this 5,500 square foot terrace has multiple levels, fire features, and is an ideal for receptions and outdoor meals.
Marina Terrace – Located poolside, this 6,200 square foot terrace overlooks the hotel’s marina. The space is ideal for theme parties, receptions and meals and accommodates up to 700 guests.
Sunset Terrace – With views of Bay, San Diego skyline and Pacific Ocean, this 1,200 square foot terrace features a beautiful water feature and is ideal for small receptions of 100 guests or less.
Herb Garden, Rose Garden and Citrus Garden – each of our intimate gardens offer space for small receptions, food tastings with our chef or other unique events.
SUITES
Loews Coronado Bay features 37 different suites to accommodate your group. Executives can enjoy private meetings in a two-room Luxury Suite and our larger suites are ideal for small receptions and meetings:
Bayfront Villas – Separate from the main building and directly on the San Diego Bay, each of these four villas feature 1,000 square feet with private balconies, separate bathrooms and kitchen serving areas.
Hospitality Parlors – Located in Building 1, each of these four parlors feature water views and approximately 550 square feet.
