Information for your Sea Spa Experience

Arranging Services & Check-In

We suggest scheduling your appointments in advance, however, please feel welcome to contact us at anytime and we will do our best to accommodate you. A credit card or room number will be required to secure appointments. For your enhanced relaxation, we ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the time of your service to allow ample time to shower and prepare for your treatment. All treatments will end on time as a courtesy to our next guest. Please let our reservations staff know if you are pregnant, have allergies or medical conditions.

What to Bring

Sea Spa will provide everything you need to relax and rejuvenate, including a comfortable robe, slippers and locker. During all treatments, the body is fully covered except for the area being worked on. Bathing suits are required for outdoor spa body treatments.

What to Leave at Home

We ask that you do not bring cell phones or pagers into the spa. We also recommend valuable items remain in a hotel safety deposit box available at the hotel front desk. While you are relaxing in the spa, children will love our seasonal Loews Loves Kids Club, which can be arranged through the Concierge.

Service Charges

A 20% service charge will be added to all individual and package spa treatments and services. Additional gratuities may be added at your discretion.

Cancellation Policy

A 12-hour notice is required when rescheduling or canceling an appointment. A 72-hour notice is required for groups of three or more. Please reschedule or cancel within the requested time to avoid being charged for the entire published price of the service(s) scheduled.
