Q: When is Check-in and Check-out?
A: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and Check-out is at 11:00 AM (There are 3 Check-out options: By Television, Express Check-out or Traditional Check-out available at the Front Desk)
Q: I realize check-in does not begin until 4:00 PM, but I wanted to use the Universal ExpressSM Unlimited pass to skip the regular lines before that.
A: Please arrive as early as you like the day of check-in and our front desk agent will be happy to pre-register you and assist you with your Universal ExpressSM Unlimited pass. The bellman will hold your luggage while you enjoy the parks.
Q: What days is the FREE Universal ExpressSM Unlimited pass that serve as Express Access to skip the regular lines valid throughout my stay?
A: Your Universal ExpressSM Unlimited pass is valid for Express Access (at participating attractions) from the time issued by the front desk until the Universal Orlando theme parks close, the day of your departure.
Q: How do we travel to and from Orlando International Airport?
A: There are taxis and shuttle services available for hire at the Orlando International Airport 24 hours a day. An airport shuttle service is also available for hotel guests arriving and departing Orlando International Airport (Contact the concierge desk for details. Fees apply). Q: I am bringing my pet with me, which room category should I reserve?
A: Please note that our pet friendly rooms will be charged a cleaning fee of $50 per night (maximum of $150 will be charged for stays of three nights and more) and no more than two pets may occupy any one guestroom. At Hard Rock Hotel, Garden View Rooms can be reserved for guests with pets.
Q: What are your fees for parking ?
A: Self parking fees are $18 per night and valet are $25.
Q: How old do I have to be to stay at your resort?
A: One person in the room must be 21 years of age or older. Guests arriving at the hotel under 21 by themselves will not be permitted to stay.
Q: What are the deposit requirements?
A: Equal to one night's room rate plus tax. The credit card will be charged within 5 business days of the booking date. Arrivals within 5 days of booking will have their credit card charged for a deposit equal to one night's room rate plus tax within 1 day of booking.
Q: Are there smoking rooms available?
A: Hard Rock Hotel is a smoke-free environment and our non-smoking policy will apply to all areas of the hotel with the exception of designated outdoor areas ($200 cleaning fee for smoking in guest rooms).
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: If you provide 6 or more days notice you receive a full refund. If you provide 5 or less days notice you are charged one night’s room rate plus tax.
