A maximum of 2 children under 18 years of age sharing a room with parents stay free when using existing bedding.
Rollaway beds and cribs are available from housekeeping free of charge and based on availability.
All departures prior to date agreed at time of check-in will be subject to a one night’s room and tax departure charge.
Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at time of reservation. A deposit equal to one night room and tax may be used in lieu of a credit card guarantee but must be received by the hotel at least 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations awaiting a deposit must still have a credit card on file to guarantee.
Cancellations must be made by 4pm local time 3 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid one night room and tax charges.
In the event that a guest fails to check-in for a guaranteed reservation, a non-refundable charge of one night room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file and the balance of the reservation will be cancelled.
Resort fee is $22.00 per ROOM and includes: wireless internet, unlimited local phone calls, self parking, 24 hour access to Fitness Center, 24 hour shoe shine service, and housekeeping gratuity.

The weight limit for any animal is 25 pounds

A certificate of health from a Veterinarian must be faxed to the hotel dated no earlier than 10 days prior to arrival date; fax number is (727) 367-6952
Pet Agreement provided by the hotel must be completed, signed and faxed to the hotel prior to arrival (fax number is (727) 367-6952); agreement can be faxed to you (please call 1-800-282-1116, press option 1)
Dogs must be walked in designated dog walking areas only, and cleaning up after the pet is the responsibility of the pet owner
Pets are not allowed in restaurants, lounges, pool areas, or on the beach
When in any permissible common area the pet must be in a cage or on a leash
A one-time $25 pet fee will be posted to each room occupied by a pet
If your pet is alone in room, we ask they are placed in a crate environment – pet-sitting services are available for a fee
Pets arriving without a signed policy and without proper documentation from the vet will result in relocation of your pet to the nearest local kennel
