Visit a little piece of Greece, even if it's just for the day. The world's only full-scale reproduction of the famous Greek temple stands in Centennial Park and features both the city's art museum and Athena Parthenos. Standing 42 feet tall, Athena Parthenos is the tallest indoor sculpture in the Western world. Admission is $3.50 for adults and $2 for seniors (+62) and children (4-17).

Explore the gallery featuring religious subjects painted from 1300-1990, English porcelains, manuscripts, books, and the museums main feature, an 8’ x 17’ wood carving of Leonardo da Vinci’s “The Last Supper” and a 8’ x 20’ stained glass window with a Pentecost theme. Admission is free however contributions are encouraged.

This little-know gallery houses one of the city’s best permanent collections, spotlighting artists such as Georgia O’Keeffe, Arthur Dove, Pablo Picasso, John Marin and Pierre-Auguste Renoir. The gallery also presents art from traveling exhibitions featuring modern and contemporary art and artists. Admission is free.

The works at the Frist will make you see the world in a whole new way. The beautiful Art Deco building houses new exhibits every 6-8 weeks, so there's always something new! Discover your inner Picasso at ArtQuest - 30 interactive stations let you be the artist. Paint an original watercolor or design a colorful sculpture. Before you leave, make a stop at the gift shop to browse the expansive collection of books, prints, art supplies and clothing.

Cheekwood Botanical Garden & Museum of Art

Take a walk through the most beautiful gardens, and admire a world-class collection of American and contemporary paintings and sculptures. The art collections also house the largest Worcester porcelain collection in America. Stroll through the original Cheek gardens featuring pools, fountains, extensive boxwood paintings and breathtaking views of the grassy Tennessee hills. Explore the property with a guided tour or on your own.

Schermerhorn Symphony Center

Named in honor of the late Maestro Kenneth Schermerhorn, the center is home to the Nashville Symphony. Over 100 classical, pop and special concert events are performed each season, in addition to recitals, choral concerts, cabaret, jazz and world music events. Nashville Children's Theatre

Get ready for a day at the theatre…and bring along the kids! This non-profit professional theatre is the longest-running children's theatre in the US offering shows aimed at the cultural, ethical, emotional and intellectual development of children. Tennessee Performing Arts Center

In the mood for a show? The Tennessee Performing Arts Center is Nashville's premier venue for theatrical and musical performances. Vanderbilt University Fine Arts Gallery

Explore the diversity of artistry through the history of Eastern and Western art.
