Located steps away from the ballroom, these rooms (700 square-feet combined) make the ideal production office, meeting headquarters or green room for any type of program.
THIRD LEVEL SPACE
Cowrie
Complete with its own foyer, away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the hotel, this 3,780 square-foot room (divided into two sections) provides exclusivity for groups needing a little more privacy.
Boardroom
Our executive boardroom with a permanent table and lush seating for 16 people, makes the perfect location for your “important” meetings during your program or an important breakout session where comfort and luxury are needed.
Breakout Rooms
Located directly above the ballrooms, our nine breakout rooms, ranging in size from 400-575 square-feet, provide comfort and convenience, allowing attendees to not have to travel far between sessions.

The Americana Lawn

Conference Terrace
Located on the third floor this ideal location provides views of the hotel’s palm court walkway and Atlantic Ocean, making it a truly great “spot” for a pre-dinner reception, meet and greet or teambuilding activity.
