As a guest of Balance Spa, you are invited to enjoy complimentary use of the lap pool, whirlpool, dry sauna, and state-of-the-art fitness center. For your convenience, we will provide you with a robe, slippers, towels, and a locker. Our New Orleans day spa also provides complimentary valet parking for non-hotel guests. You may also choose to order food from the Café Adelaide Room Service Menu or libations from The Swizzle Stick Bar.

Check In
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation time.

Cancellation Policy
We request a minimum of six hours notice for cancellation. Since this time has been reserved, we must charge the entire cost of the cancelled services with less than six hours notice.

Payment and Gratuities
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Gratuities are left to the discretion of our guests.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in the spa, by phone, or through our website.

We offer In Guest Room and On-Site services for an extra fee.
