Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage improves body alignment and freedom of movement. Releases chronic patterns of tension in the body through long and short, slow strokes.

Hot Rocks
Hot stone massage is a specialty massage that uses smooth, heated basalt stones.  It is a deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage.  The heat helps release tight muscles.


Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage uses techniques that release areas of discomfort, incorporating stretching and range-of-motion, to release the tension of the muscles.


Pregnancy Massage*
Pregnancy massage is very gentle and effective, and has many benefits for the mother, such as increasing energy, easing aches and pains, slowing the process of varicose veins, reducing fluid retention and releasing stress. Pregnancy massage can also help with labor preparation.

Four Handed Massage
