LOWER LEVEL MEETING SPACE
Tuscan Ballroom
Our largest ballroom is 15,040 square feet and features 27’ ceilings and Tiffany-style chandeliers. The sophisticated Tuscan Ballroom is divisible into five sections. Large foyer space with floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the beautiful outdoor Citrus Piazza.
Venetian Ballroom
The Venetian Ballroom, also adjacent to the Citrus Piazza, features 7,670 square feet and is divisible into five sections. Five bay windows overlook beautiful green foliage, adding natural light and dimension to your event. Other features include elaborately designed 20-foot tray ceilings with beautiful Venetian glass chandeliers and satin wall coverings.
Liguarian Ballroom
The intimate Ligurian Ballroom features 2,967 square feet of space and is divisible into three sections. With 14’ ceilings and elegant appointments such as distinct crown molding, chair rails, tray ceilings, it is ideal meeting space. In addition, this ballroom features a private foyer space and is conveniently located adjacent to the Citrus Piazza.
Vicenza & Verona Meeting Rooms
Each of these two breakout rooms are 646 square feet and can be divided into two sections for a total of four breakouts or small meetings.
Del Mare
This intimate meeting room features 851 square feet.
UPPER LEVEL MEETING SPACE
Bernini, Davinci & Michelangelo
These three mirror image rooms are each 850 square feet with 14’ ceilings. Each of the rooms divides into two equal sections. These meeting rooms feature a rustic pre-function space and are located adjacent to the Citrus Piazza.
Donatello Boardroom
The impressive Donatello Boardroom features permanent boardroom seating for up to 28 guests. Features of the room include built-in audio-visual equipment and a private foyer space which is ideal to set up breaks or working lunches without interruption.
SUITES
Hospitality Suites
Ideal for casual social or business gatherings, our six Hospitality Suites includes a large dining table for up to 7 guests, kitchenette and expansive living space. OUTDOOR EVENT SPACE
Harbor Piazza
There are several piazzas throughout the resort, but the harbor piazza is the grandest of them all. Surrounding the sparkling Portofino Bay, you'll find cobblestone streets and sidewalk cafes, complete with Italian sports cars and Vespas parked by the harbor.
Citrus Piazza
Located in the Lower Level Meeting Space and adjacent to the hotel’s ballrooms, the Citrus Piazza offers a secluded courtyard is capped with a rustic, intricately designed gazebo and a graceful fountain. This space can accommodate receptions for up 580 guests and is ideal for attendees to enjoy during a day of meetings.
Villa Piazza
The lush lawn of the tranquil Villa Piazza is a beautiful outdoor reception location. The space overlooks the Villa Pool and the beautiful hotel exterior serves as a backdrop. This rectangular-shaped space with a simply designed gazebo can accommodate receptions up to 480 guests.
Piazza Centrale
Located just off the hotel lobby, the Piazza Centrale is a replica of a quaint village courtyard. Guests can enjoy a serene fountain at the center of the piazza, which is laid with brick cobblestone. Piazza Centrale can accommodate receptions for up 440 guests.
