New York City Hotel Suites
Luxury Midtown Suites with a Park Avenue Address
Loews Regency Suites exemplify the freshness, elegance and refinement our guests expect in the capital of the world.
In select suite accommodations, our Luxury Suite Program extends special perks—welcome amenities, unlimited Wi-Fi, spa products, minibar treats and even a monogrammed bathrobe—that go beyond the comforts of home.
Perfect for the savvy corporate traveler, or for a romantic getaway, the Executive Suites combine big-city style with hidden-gem value. Featuring a separate living room and bedroom, plus one-and-a-half baths, Executive Suites have a little more of that all-important commodity—privacy. Averaging 450 square feet, these suites offer guests a quiet location with internal views. Executive Suites are located on floors 2 through 14.
Grand Executive Suite
The Grand Executive Suites are great for business but not for executives alone. In fact, we think they are the ideal backdrop to a romantic trip for two. All feature a large seating area, closet and two full bathrooms. French Doors open into the bedroom, with the adjoining master bath offering a double vanity and walk-in shower. With an average of 500 square feet of space, soothing neutral tones and interior views, these suites keep things cozy and quiet. Grand Executive Suites are located on floors 5 through 14.
With an average size of 620 square feet, and options for pantry space, a walk-in closet, second bathroom or outdoor terrace, a Manhattan Suite will make you feel more at home in the big city than you ever imagined. Featuring great views over Park Avenue and the Manhattan skyline, these one-bedroom suites offer a classic New York experience. Select Manhattan Suites located on higher floors also feature terraces overlooking Park Avenue. These suites average 625 square feet and are located on floors 16 through 20.
Park Avenue Suite
Everyone hankers for the corner office—why not the corner suite? Located on the corner of Park Avenue and 61st street, the Park Avenue Suites offer double everything: double the views, a second bedroom, and nearly twice as much average square footage as the Executive Suite. The hallway to the Living Room features a pantry and closet, all of which can be closed off for privacy from the bedrooms. The hallway to the bedrooms features a closet and, in select suites, also features an additional half bathroom. Both bedrooms have an adjacent private bathroom, with the master bathroom offering a double vanity, soaking tub and separate shower. With 900 square feet of space, these suites are perfect for families traveling together or for guests who simply like more room. Located on floors 5 through 16.
Each of the four Terrace Suites are individually designed to showcase their unique style and character. Ranging from approximately 950 square feet to 1,350 square feet, these suites are perfect for family stays, small events or extended stays. Three out of the four Terrace Suites offer large terraces, and the fourth has its own private atrium. Select suites offer a full kitchen and dining table, while others offer a larger living space. All suites feature two bedrooms and a larger bathroom—most with a double vanity and soaking tub. Select suites also feature a second bathroom with walk-in shower. Located on higher floors, the Terrace Suites feature stunning Manhattan skyline views.
