Loews Regency specializes in small business meetings and exclusive social functions, with 4,400 square feet of flexible meeting space. The largest of seven versatile function rooms holds 200 people reception style. Four self-contained boardrooms are ideal for corporate board meetings.
LOBBY LEVEL MEETING SPACE
East and West Ballrooms and Mirror Room
Featuring over 2,400 square feet this elegant setting is perfect for a variety of occasions. These adjacent rooms are accessible through the Ballroom Foyer or Mirror Room. Capacities vary depending on how the spaces are set up.
The Regency Room
Your guests can enjoy a private “Power Breakfast” in the 731 square foot Regency Room. Located adjacent to the exclusive 540 Park restaurant, this warmly comfortable and tasteful space features natural lighting and seats up to 80 guests.
SECOND FLOOR MEETING SPACE
Delacorte Board Room
Ideal for high-profile C-level and board meetings, this 469 square foot exclusive boardroom accommodates up to 15 guests with executive leather chairs (up to 22 with our banquet chairs) and features a marble foyer, granite conference table, built-in audio-visual equipment, a private bath, enclosed kitchen and natural light.
New Yorker I, II, and III
New Yorker I and III have permanent boardroom tables that each accommodate up to 12 guests. For groups that need multiple rooms, the rooms interconnect and New Yorker II is ideal for meals and breaks. Each of the 285 square foot (approximately) rooms has private bathrooms, built-in audio-visual equipment and are decorated with vintage New Yorker magazine covers.
