Menu Customization
Our culinary and conference management teams can work with you to custom design a menu to meet your group’s tastes and budget. No matter what type of culinary adventure is designed for your group, each of our innovative menus is designed with locally grown products and farm fresh ingredients.
Signature Team Building Receptions
Our Loews Team Building Receptions are designed to create a memorable experience while promoting guest interaction and competitive spirit. Your group can take a meeting break or start their evening with one of these fun, unique events including Wholly Guacamole!, a Chili Cook-off, the Quesadilla & Salsa Challenge or the Cocktails Smackdown!. For each activity, your guests will be divided into equal Teams either by our staff or yourself. Each Team will be given (30) minutes to “Create Their Own Culinary Masterpiece” from a variety of fresh ingredients in our Loews Pantry. A winning team is selected by a member of our Culinary Team based on overall presentation and taste.
Wine by the Glass
Loews Hotels brings the restaurant experience to the banquet room and offers guests the option to choose from a variety of wines during their banquet dining experience.
