Chef Crouzet and his team offer an amazing array of delightful choices, including eggs Benedict, bacon, sausage, appetizers, salads, fowl, fish and Quebec pork. Make your dining experience complete with assorted desserts, cheeses, crepes and a delectable chocolate and caramel fondue. And the kids will love our famous cotton candy!

Join us at L'Astral on Friday and Saturday evenings for our famous, lavish Quebec City buffet. The menu offers a soup of the day, vegetables and dips, olives, a variety of mixed salads and fine cold cuts, a seafood bar, a selection of hot dishes and sumptuous creations from our Pastry Chef, along with fine Quebec cheeses.
