True lovers of sushi will find their own little paradise at the nine-seat Sushi Bar at our restaurant. Settle in and sample some of the unique Las Vegas sushi creations, like Tuna Tacos, a crispy taco shell filled with marinated tuna, avocado, mixed lettuce and wasabi mayonnaise. Or savor the Surf and Kobe roll, with jumbo shrimp, avocado and Maui onion topped with garlic ponzu. But the food is just the beginning.

Here, you can meet the sushi chef and watch him create unique sushi-as-art, meet up with other dedicated sushi aficionados and learn about cutting-edge sushi trends. Often, if you're lucky, you'll find Chef Fuji at the Sushi Bar, demonstrating his own masterful art of sushi-making. But remember, seats at the Sushi Bar are first come, first served.

The Arabesque Lounge is the perfect place for a drink before or after dinner at Marssa. Located just off the lobby at the Loews Lake Las Vegas, the lounge is a relaxing oasis, complete with Moroccan-inspired decor. Take a sip of our Loews signature cocktail, "The Casablanca", sit back and enjoy the magnificent view of the desert mountains.

The Casablanca Recipe - Signature Loews Lake Las Vegas Cocktail

• 10 Mint Leaves
• 3/4 oz Tuaca Italian Liqueur
• 3/4 oz 10 Cane Rum
• 3/4 oz Belvedere Pure
• 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 12 oz Fresh Lime Sour
• Garnish with a Mint Spring

In a mixing glass, muddle the mint leaves and Tuaca Italian Liqueur.  Combine remaining ingredients into mixing glass. Transfer all ingredients into tin 2/3 full with ice. Shake vigorously 8 to 10 times. Strain mixture into snifter.
