Executive Chef Keith Roberts creates imaginative yet understated dishes for our restaurant in Santa Monica that celebrate the region's farmers, fishermen and artisans. He personally visits the Santa Monica Farmers' Market every Wednesday in search of the freshest organic ingredients, from chocolate mint and forest mushrooms to boutique potatoes, melons and fraises des boise, all served in the most spectacular surroundings at Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel.

The focus is on the finest California and American wine makers, but the best producers from Italy, Spain, Austria and Australia are also well represented. And as the seasons change, so does our list of 18 wines by the glass, designed to evolve in perfect harmony with Chef Keith Roberts' contemporary California cuisine. Sip a glass at the bar, or savor it while you watch the sun set over the Pacific, warmed by one of our outdoor fire pits.
Loews Signature Cocktails
Each of our hotels and resorts features its own signature cocktail, like the Sage Blossom at Loews Atlanta or the Miami Mojito at Loews Miami Beach Hotel. You can enjoy any one of them right here at Ocean & Vine, but, of course, we recommend our very own Beach Berry Organic Cocktail.
Organic Beach Berry Recipe - Loews Santa Monica's Signature Cocktail
- 8 ea. Fresh Organic Blackberries
- 1/4 oz. Fresh Organic Lemon Juice
- 1 1/2 oz. Prairie Organic Vodka
- 1/4 oz. Agave Nectar
- Garnish with Thyme Sprig sand Blackberry
In a mixing glass, muddle blackberries and lemon juice. Combine remaining ingredients into mixing glass. Transfer ingredients into tin filled 2/3 full with ice. Shake vigorously 8 to 10 times. Strain mixture over fresh ice into rocks glass and add garnish.

You don't have to be a grown-up to dine at Ocean & Vine. We've got a tasty menu designed just for kids. For breakfast, our littlest guest can choose scrambled eggs, mini pancakes or cereal. For lunch or dinner, they'll find a collection of kid-friendly favorites like cheese pizza, burgers, pasta, chicken tenders, quesadillas and a classic PB&J.
