At Sushi at Sunset, you'll find a wide variety of sushi, nigiri, sashimi and house rolls. Located inside Ocean & Vine and guided by Loews Executive Chef Keith Roberts, our Santa Monica sushi bar adds a creative twist to traditional sushi by combining the flavors and textures of the freshest fish with innovative techniques and house-made sauces.
Open Tuesday to Saturday from 5-10pm.
Specialty Rolls
Sushi at Sunset features nine unique house rolls. Our signature roll is the Santa Monica Fog, served in a bamboo basket. Liquid nitrogen creates the fog, which is released when the top of the basket is lifted. The Farmers' Market roll is inspired by Chef Keith's much-loved Santa Monica Farmers' Market, and features beef-infused rice, avocado, asparagus and roasted peppers. The savory Surf 'N' Turf combines lobster, crab and horseradish topped with finely-sliced Kobe Beef.
Sushi Bar
True sushi aficionados are invited to join our certified sushi chef at the Sushi Bar for our 6 at the Beach Happy Hour. Choose from a selection of sushi rolls, wines by the glass and cocktails, all for six dollars each. Or, try one of our sophisticated sakes.
