Take a culinary journey through our spice enhanced menu
Mediterranean Comes to Loews Lake Las Vegas
At our Vegas cafe, subtle blends of exotic spices turn even the most traditional dishes into something truly special. Chef de Cuisine Adam Cho, aka the spice master, mixes American favorites with a Mediterranean-influenced menu to create new and exciting flavors at Loews Las Vegas. He says, "I enjoy being able to give guests a great dining experience and spices are a big part of that. Through spices, we can make an ordinary dish extraordinary. And that lets our guests explore a whole new culinary world."
Rick's Cafe uses only the finest ingredients, so the menu changes seasonally. But you'll always find favorite signature items at our Lake Las Vegas restaurant, like Rick's award-winning Three-Bean Chili, and classic North African Tajine, named for the exotic, conical vessel in which it is served. At Rick's Cafe, food is infused with a variety of spices, like the Moroccan-blended Zaatar in our signature Hummus, or the Berbere used to spice our meats and soups.
Chef Cho's secret weapon: Rick's very own herb garden, with its selection of home-grown vegetables and herbs. It guarantees our special dishes are prepared with the very freshest ingredients, every day.
