Special Las Vegas Events from Rick's Cafe at Loews Lake Las Vegas
Learn the Ropes From the Spice Master Himself
SpiceSKool
There's more to spicing up your meals than salt and pepper. Take your cooking to a new level while you learn to love spices with Adam Cho, Chef de Cuisine at Rick's Cafe. Also known as The Spice Master, he'll teach you to create delicious meals that use complex flavors to cut the fat, without cutting back on flavor.
The two-hour Las Vegas cooking classes are held at 3pm at Rick's Cafe. You'll come away with a fundamental knowledge of spices and their flavors, the nutritional values in age-old seasonings, and powerful flavor combinations. The course includes a salt tasting, cooking and marinating with spices, and even wine pairings. Then go home and share your spice-smarts, as well as Chef Cho's recipes, with your family and friends. Each SpiceSKool class is a little different, so be sure to return for multiple lessons.
