Happy Hour is Sunday through Friday from 5pm-7pm. Our Tuna Tartare is one of the most popular items and paired with one of our signature cocktails. It’s the perfect combination after a hard day at work. Joanna Pascual delights us with live jazz music on Wednesdays through Fridays in the Lounge from 6-9pm. Whether it’s before dinner, during happy hour, or late night, SoleFood Bar and Lounge is the place to be.
At SoleFood we feature an ever changing cocktail menu that is both unique and pleasing to the palette. Our bartenders continually experiment with new combinations of spirits combined with fresh ingredients, and their creativity is highlighted throughout the menu. We also feature over sixteen wines by the glass and a wide selection of local draft or bottled beers.
To complete your experience of SoleFood Lounge, Chef Harkins and his culinary team create a seasonal menu, ranging from small plate appetizers to entrees in order to satisfy every guest. Also make sure to ask about Chef Harkins’ daily specials.
SoleFood Lounge Hours of Operation:
Sunday through Thursday: 11:30a.m.to 1:00a.m.
Friday and Saturday: 11:30a.m. to 2:00a.m.
Each Loews Hotel has its own unique signature cocktail, like the Loews Coronado Bay's Naturally Hot and The Casablanca from Loews Lake Las Vegas Resort. You can sample all of them at the SoleFood Lounge, but we recommend our own Garden Cooler. If youre looking for a libation that's a little simpler, we've got a great selection of wines by the glass and locally brewed draft and bottled beers.
The Garden Cooler Recipe - Loews Philadelphia Hotel's Signature Cocktail
- 1 1/2 oz Hendrick's Gin
- 3/4 oz Thatcher's Organic Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz Apple Juice
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- Bar spoon Diced Cucumber
- Bar spoon Diced Kiwi
- Cucumber slice for garnish
In a mixing glass, muddle diced cucumber and kiwi. Combine remaining ingredients into mixing glass. Transfer ingredients into tin filled 1/2 with ice. Shake vigorously 8 to 10 times. Strain mixture over fresh ice into rocks glass and add garnish.
