SushiSKool for the Entire Family

The whole family can become mini sushi masters at the SushiSKool class held at Sushi SoBe. The restaurant's Sushi Chefs teach the ancient art of sushi, in this Miami cooking class designed around hands-on learning and tasting. The hour-long classes are held Saturday afternoons and provide fun for everyone. Become the next generation of sushi-lovers, and learn the basics of ordering, rolling and eating different types of sushi, using chopsticks and basic sushi etiquette. Even watch how to turn your favorite sandwich into a sushi roll.

Miami Mojito Recipe - Loews Miami Beach's Signature Cocktail

• 12 Mint Leaves
• 1 1/2 oz Cruzan Estate Light Rum
• 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
• 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 1 oz Club Soda
• Garnish with a Mint Sprig

In a mixing glass, muddle mint leaves. Combine remaining ingredients into mixing glass, except club soda.  Transfer all ingredients into tin 1/2 full with ice. Shake vigorously 8 to 10 times. Strain mixture over fresh ice into Collins glass. Top with club soda and add garnish.
