Our menu draws upon classic American techniques and looks to our farmers for inspiration – simply put, the best ingredients, make the best food. Drawing inspiration both regionally and seasonally inspired, WEST.’s menu delivers our interpretation of classic, local fare. It embodies not only the flair of the Chesapeake Bay, but also embraces the location’s rich history as the Annapolis Dairy Products Company. Chef Kevin will seek his inspiration through local farmers and partners in the greater Chesapeake Region. The benchmark restaurant also boasts a pizza oven, plentiful raw bar, and expo kitchen.
Guests will be coming back morning, noon and night to enjoy the savory cuisine at WEST. Start the day with our delectable Seasonal Berry Pancakes or Cinnamon French Toast. Raw Bar Display
WEST. features a Raw Bar Display and none other than the Annapolis’ most popular oyster shucker, Lester Jones will be shucking oysters for our guests. Guests can enjoy a front row seat as Jones practices the art of oyster shucking with talent and finesse.
