Grand Ballroom Foyer and Veranda
The perfect reception or registration space adjacent to the Grand Ballroom, the 1,600 square foot Foyer is lined with large aquariums and views of the Gulf. The 1,100 square foot Veranda provides an outdoor area for recepting or afternoon breaks.
Executive Boardroom Suite
This Suite of rooms located on the first floor includes three versatile rooms ideal for small meetings and office space.

- Executive 2 ~ 455 square feet with natural light
- Executive 3 ~ 400 square feet with a permanent boardroom table and executive chairs, plus private restroom

FIFTH LEVEL CONFERENCE CENTER
King Charles Ballroom
The largest room on our conference floor offers 4,002 square feet of versatile event space. Floor to ceiling windows capture the picturesque Gulf of Mexico or can be blacked out for an audiovisual presentation. The space transforms into a beautiful evening function space.
South Terrace and Veranda
With 2,500 square feet of indoor space complimented by a 2,500 square foot partially shaded Veranda overlooking the Beach ~ this space is ideal for meetings or meal events.
North Terrace and Veranda
A mirror image of the South Terrace, North Terrace offers 2,500 square feet of indoor space complimented by a 2,500 square foot partially shaded Veranda overlooking the Beach, ideal for meetings or meal events.
With floor to ceiling windows overlooking Boca Ciega Bay, this 2109 square foot room is ideal for meetings and banquet meals.
The smallest room on our Conference Floor, this 992 square foot room offers views of Boca Ciega Bay.

401, 301, 201 - These 344 square foot rooms, located on guest room floors, are ideal for break out meetings and workrooms.
OUTDOOR GARDEN LEVEL EVENT SPACE
This 1,344 square foot unique boardwalk location offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and seats up to 150 guests for a dinner event and 200 for a cocktail reception.
With 1,550 square feet and accommodating up to 250 guests, this flexible space is ideal for groups of 40-250 and offers a formal or casual style reception that is just steps away from the sand.
With the Pink Palace as the backdrop, groups can enjoy a tropical garden setting and The Don’s signature staircase that overlooks the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Accommodates up to 150 guests for a cocktail party.
With sand underfoot, gulf breezes and gorgeous sunsets, the North Beach is ideal for your evening events or day time team building. Just steps from the pool deck, this area has the flexibility for beach Olympic games or an elegant tented dinner event with entertainment and decor. Cheers! Events Destination Management can obtain the necessary permits for alcohol service on the beach.
