SPA OCEANA GIFT CARDS
Treat a friend, colleague, or loved one to an unforgettable spa experience with gift cards ranging in denomination from $25 to $1,000. To purchase a gift card, please call (727) 363-5029. From individual Signature Treatments to a full day of luxurious indulgence, there are countless ways to ensure a perfectly pampered experience at Spa Oceana (prices must include 20% service charge).

AGE
Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a spa treatment or access the spa facility, including the lounge areas and rooftop garden.  Guests 17 years of age and younger may enjoy a spa treatment provided there is an adult accompanying them during their stay.  Children may use the salon with adult supervision.

SMOKING
The entire spa, both indoors and outdoors, is a smoke-free environment. In the interest of good health and well-being, we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking while in the spa.

CHECK-IN
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, please check-in at the spa reception at least 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This will leave you time to relax in the whirlpool, steam or seaside whisper lounge. If you are late, your treatment time will be shortened. Unfortunately, no adjustments are made on the treatment price in this instance.

CELL PHONES & PAGERS 
Please respect the tranquility of our spa by not bringing your cell phone, or if you must, please place it on “Silent”.  Use is not permitted in any spa areas.

SERVICE CHARGE
For your convenience a 20% service charge will be automatically added to all spa services and charged at check-out. Any additional gratuity is at your discretion.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your St Petersburg FL spa appointments are reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy to our therapists and other guests, we require a 6-hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do this will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service. If it is necessary to reschedule an appointment within the 6-hour period, a $35 fee will be charged. All "NO SHOWS" will be billed 100% for their scheduled services.

FACILITY FEE
If a hotel guest chooses to enjoy the spa amenities without a spa appointment, a $25 spa facility fee will be charged.

USE OF HOTEL POOL
Spa treatments do not include use of the hotel pools by non-hotel guests.

How Early Should I Arrive For My Spa Service?
We recommend you check-in at the spa 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive an extension of their scheduled appointment. To begin your spa experience we invite you to use the steam, whirlpool and shower facilities, or relax and take in the beauty of the beach on our rooftop garden.

What Do I Wear For My Spa Service?
Upon your arrival you will be given a robe and sandals to change into before your service. We suggest you disrobe to your comfort level, keeping in mind that therapists will drape your body and expose only the portion of your body that is being treated.

Should I Tell Anyone About My Medical History?
Prior to your appointment you will complete a Personal Care Guide with basic information regarding your medical history. This will help our therapists provide you with the very best spa experience and assure your maximum safety and comfort.

May I Cancel Or Move My Appointment?

May I Request A Male Or Female Therapist?
Absolutely. You may request your preference when booking your appointment. Please keep in mind all of our therapists are highly skilled professionals and well trained in privacy draping techniques, to provide you with the utmost comfort for your spa experience.

Should I Wear My Jewelry To The Spa?
We recommend you leave all jewelry and other valuables at home. If you are a guest in our hotel, please leave all valuables in the safe located in your guest room. The Loews Spa Oceana is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

May I Bring My Children To The Spa?
Our spa is an adult-oriented atmosphere and our environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Guests must be at least 18 years of age or be with an adult during treatments. Babysitting services may be arranged through our Concierge Desk.

Do I Need To Tip The Spa Therapist?
