While on a boat tour in New York City I realized that I had forgotten my theatre tickets and three sweaters in my hotel room. I called the hotel and spoke with the Chief Concierge who coordinated with a messenger service to meet me in front of the theatre on time for my show. Thank you for responding so quickly!

As a first time visitor to Loews I had an absolutely wonderful experience. From check-in, to check-out, our trip was fantastic. The check-in process was seamless - the front desk agents were so kind and made my children feel very special. The concierge was incredible and went above and beyond our expectations to make sure that every detail of our stay was exceptional. The small things -- scavenger hunts for our children, a room upgrade, a shuttle to the beach, etc. made my family feel very welcome. I can tell you that Loews have found a new passionate customer. The primary reason we chose Loews was so that we could bring our golden retriever to your pet friendly hotel. We couldn't have been more pleased! The courtesy and welcoming we received with our dog exceeded our expectations. We felt completely at ease to leave her in our comfortable, quiet and safe room while we ate dinner in the restaurant.  And to top it off we had the best sleep we had in a long time.  Because of your accommodating and friendly staff, it was easy for our dog to be a good girl and for all of us to have a fun and memorable experience. We hope to stay there again sometime!

The Concierge offered to bring me a sweatshirt from home for me to borrow because I forgot my jacket. Now that is exceptional service!  Service was professional, food was outstanding and the presentation was creative. The staff at Loews always asked how my stay was going, is there anything they could do for me...and this was in the elevator. I expected a hello, but they went out of their way to inquire about my needs.

We had a fabulous time at Loews, only it was too short (only one night)! Your bell staff was so wonderful. My mother took my 2 grandchildren (ages 3 & 4) to dinner while I attended a business meeting. The 3 year old fell asleep at the restaurant. They called the bell person and he carried my sleeping 3 year old and drove them all back to our room. It was above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much.

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Loews and mentioned it to our restaurant server.  The server had the pastry cook make us a small cake and delivered it to our room.  What a surprise! We were so happy…no hotel had ever created such a memorable experience for them.

While escorting me to my room, the bellman noticed that my suit was ripped which I wasn’t aware of. He suggested that he take the suit down himself to the housekeeping department for repair. Within an hour the suit jacket was repaired.  Now that’s great service!

It was an amazing experience working with the staff at Loews! The quality of the food was incredible, and the presentation was beautiful and creative. The banquet staff was prompt in set-up, worked very hard to support our guests, and always provided the utmost customer service with a smile. However, the true demonstration of the incredible caliber of the staff was during the power outage, when the entire staff mobilized to ensure our guests were safe, comfortable, and still experiencing an amazing reception without electricity! All of our attendees were incredibly impressed with how the hotel handled the situation.
