Q: How far away is the airport from the hotel?
A: The hotel is approximately 20 minutes from Miami International Airport and 35 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport.
Q: Do you have a shuttle?
A: We do not have a hotel shuttle; however our Concierge department can assist you in making transportation reservations.
Q: What is the best means of transportation to and from the airport?
A: The best way to get to and from the airport is via taxi or car service. Car Service can be arranged by contacting our Concierge Department and yellow cabs are available outside both Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport.
Q: Can I walk to Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive from the hotel?
A: Yes, our hotel is located in the center of South Beach, in close proximity to some of the best shopping, restaurants and nightlife the destination has to offer. View Map & Directions
Q: Do you have Internet access?
A: We have Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel. Complimentary access is located in the Lobby and Hemisphere Lounge, as well as in guestrooms.
Q: Where is the best shopping in the area?
A: In addition to our own Splash boutique, we are just steps away from shopping on Lincoln Road and Collins Avenue. The Shops at Bal Harbour, Aventura Mall, Merrick Park in Coral Gables and Sawgrass Mills are also popular South Florida shopping destinations. Click here for more information.
Q: How much is parking?
A: Valet parking is $40 Overnight; $30 Daytime, and $20 for Preston's Restaurant. There is also self parking available in a public garage directly across the street from the hotel at an hourly rate. Please note the rates are subject to change.
Q: Is there a spa/gym?
A: We have Elemis Spa and Fitness Center on site with a variety of treatment options and fitness classes available daily. Please contact the spa for more information.
Q: Where can I print a boarding pass?
A: You can print your boarding pass at our self printing station next to the Concierge Desk in the lobby.
Q: What activities do you recommend for children?
A: On property, in addition to our Pottery Barn SoBe Kids Camp available daily and at night on Friday and Saturdays, we also have Saturday afternoon complimentary SushiSkool for families with kids of all ages. Just a few miles away, families can hop over to Watson Island and visit our two favorite attractions, Jungle Island and The Children’s Museum. A: Our location is ideal for visiting many amazing South Florida attractions. From the Holocaust Museum on Miami Beach to a basketball game at the American Airlines arena to a tour of the Everglades, we are able to recommend and make arrangements for a variety of attractions and activities.
