Q: What is the price of parking?
A: Valet parking is available at a rate of $39.00 plus tax per night, with in and out privileges. Height restriction of 6’10". Rates are subject to change without notice.

Q: Do you have a pool?
A: Yes, indoor lap pool, whirlpool and dry sauna, located on the 8th floor of the hotel.  Complimentary for registered guests.

Q: Do you have a fitness center?

Q: Do you have a spa?
A: Balance Spa is located on the 8th floor of the hotel, offering four treatment rooms, with a full menu of services.  Click here for more information.

Q: Do you have an airport shuttle?
A: Transportation to and from the airport is available through Airport Shuttle Co. (504-522-3500); current per person pricing is $20 one way or $38 roundtrip. Taxi service also available; current rates are $33 for 1 or 2 people and $14 additional per person each way (non-stop). Private car service is also available. Please contact concierge at 504-595-5368 for rates and reservations.

Q: Do you offer room service?
A: Yes, 24-hour room service is provided by Café Adelaide.

Q: What kind of food is served in Café Adelaide?
A: Operated by the Commander's Palace Family of Restaurants, Café Adelaide and the Swizzle Stick Bar are located on the lobby level, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu has a decidedly Creole flavor using the freshest ingredients of the season.  Local seafood is abundant, along with traditional favorites. The dining room can accommodate up to 164 patrons, including the Wine Room which seats up to 55 and the private Turtle Room, accommodating up to 28 guests. Q: Do you accept pets? Is there a fee?
A: Yes, we accept cats and dogs. There is a $100 nonrefundable cleaning fee per stay, and an additional charge for any damage done to the room. Click here for more information.

Q: What is your incidental policy?
A: All guests are required to present a credit card for incidental charges upon check-in or $75 cash deposit per night.   Credit card authorization or Debit card hold will be processed upon check-in. Debit card holds are held by issuing bank approximately 72hrs after check-out.   This credit requirement is in addition to room and tax payment.

Q: Do you have 2 bedroom suites?
A: Yes, a Grand King Suite connects to a Grand Double Queen room.  Please request connecting in your comments.

Q: What is the difference between a Deluxe King and a Grand King?
A: The Grand category room is 175 square ft larger than our Deluxe category. Additionally, the bathroom features a separate shower and tub. A Queen size sofa sleeper in the sitting area accommodates extra guests. Two TV's in Grand category room. Click here for more information.

Q. Do you have Wireless Internet in your hotel? Is it complimentary?
A: Wi-Fi is complimentary in the lobby and in guestrooms.

A: Cajun expression meaning " Let the good times roll!" It strongly conveys the "joie de vivre"("joy of living") attitude that pervades south Louisiana.

Q: What is Vieux Carre?
A: This is what we call the French Quarter. Literally translates to the "old square".

Q: What is a beignet?
A: It is a French style square doughnut covered in powdered sugar. Yummy!!!

Q: What is Cafe au lait?
A: Coffee made with coffee and chicory mixed with hot milk. A tradition in New Orleans.

Q: What is lagniappe?
A: Pronounced lan-yap defined as "a little something extra".

Q: What is a Po Boy?
A: A signature New Orleans sandwich made on French bread.
