Fitness Center: 5am-10pm, Daily
Check In
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation time. For your convenience, we will provide you with a robe, slippers, towels, and a locker.
Cancellation Policy
We request a minimum of six hours notice for cancellation. Since this time has been reserved, we must charge the entire cost of the cancelled services with less than six hours notice.
Payment and Gratuities
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Gratuities are left to the discretion of our guests.
Guest Room and On-Site Services
We offer In Guest Room and On-Site services for an extra fee.
Parking for non-hotel guests
We provide complimentary valet parking at Loews New Orleans Hotel for non-hotel guests.
