Brownings Fitness Center

Brownings Fitness is the leading private training Manhattan gym and operates the Fitness Center at Loews Regency. Brownings offers private trainers and yoga and pilates teachers for individual sessions in our fitness facility on the lower level. Guests can maintain their workout regimen or, under the guidance of a personal trainer, create a new, customized workout.

About the Fitness Center
A state-of-the-art fitness center equipped with Trotter Treadmills, Climbmax Stair Climbers, Recumbent Lifecycles, Lifecycles, Upper Body Ergometer, a Cybex Weight Training Circuit, Smith Machine, Gravitron, Cable Crossover with high and low pully, Free Weights, Olympic Bench and Incline Benches.

Private Training
Whether you are interested in increasing your strength and flexibility, decreasing your body fat, losing weight, running a marathon or just feeling healthier, Brownings Fitness's trainers will make your goals a reality.  
$85 per 30 minute session and up to $155 per 1-hour session

Yoga & Pilates Instruction
Individual mat sessions in Vinyasa, YinYoga, Pre and post-natal yoga, Hatha and core strength yoga are available.  Elite pilates instructors will help you build strength, flexibility and core strength.
$120 per 1-hour session

Stretch Sessions
Increased flexibility aids posture, fitness performance and even mood.  Not least it helps prevent injury and aids recovery.  We recommend you incorporate stretching into your fitness regimen.
25 min - $57 / 45 min - $77
