Collectors Art Night is a progressive event highlighted by intriguing art talks hosted by Paul Polycarpou, editor of Nashville Arts Magazine. Cocktails will be served at 5:30 pm. At 6 pm, Tinney Contemporary will start the evening with a conversation with painter Jeanie Gooden on her new body of work, "With Wings." At 6:45 pm, artist Whitney Wood-Bailey will discuss her current exhibit, "Synesthetic Harmonies," that highlights the delicate balance between natural and constructed experience at The Rymer Gallery. The Arts Company will complete the evening with Brett Weaver beginning at 7:15, who will talk about his artistic transformations from engineer to successful traditional landscape artist to his current new contemporary abstract paintings inspired by landscapes.
