Chef Olivier Senoussaoui brings his passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients to every dish served at BREEZE. Once named Annapolis Best Chef by What's Up! Annapolis magazine, Chef Olivier brings to Annapolis fine dining his unique and innovative approach to classic Chesapeake Bay specialties, like Crab and Romaine Salad, Rockfish Ragout and, of course, Maryland-style Crab Cakes. And there's a great selection of non-seafood dishes, as well, from beef and ribs to salads and sandwiches, and familiar comfort foods like pizza and burgers.

Whether they're preparing breakfast, lunch or dinner, our kitchen team prides itself on the restaurants relationships with local farmers, allowing them to bring diners the best and freshest fish, meat and produce the Chesapeake Bay has to offer. We showcase foods not only indigenous to the Chesapeake Bay, but also sustainable to the local farmers and producers of Maryland. From our Cream of Crab Soup or Shrimp and Grits to the finest Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, and local farm-raised chicken.

About Our Wine List

You'll always find the perfect wine for any meal at BREEZE Restaurant. Our extensive wine list features varieties from sustainable American wineries, and select vintages from around the world. Our reds, whites and champagnes are served by the bottle, half bottle or by the glass. But there's more than just wine at BREEZE.

Loews Signature Cocktails

Each Loews Hotel offers its own special signature cocktail, like Loews Atlanta's Sage Blossom and The Casablanca from Loews Lake Las Vegas. You can sample every one of them at BREEZE, but we recommend our very own tasty Marytini.

The Marytini Drink Recipe - Loews Annapolis Hotel's Signature Cocktail

  • 2 oz. Stoli Citros Vodka
  • 1 1/2 oz. Bloody Mary Mix
  • 2 each Basil Leaves (torn in half)
  • Salt and Pepper Rim, Cherry Tomato and Celery Arc for garnish

Combine all ingredients into mixing glass. Transfer ingredients into a tin filled 2/3 full with ice. Shake vigorously 8 to 10 times. Strain mixture into chilled martini glass and add garnish.

BREEZE isn't just for adults. Our littlest guests get their very own menu, including scrambled eggs and mini pancakes for breakfast, or kid-friendly favorites like cheese pizza, burgers, pasta, chicken tenders, quesadillas and a classic PB&J for lunch or dinner.
