Speakeasy Happy Hour at Bar Mistral
Every Tuesday to Saturday from 6 to 7:30pm enjoy a celebration of prohibition era cocktails with a special twist from Chef Patrick Ponsaty.  The classics, such as The Sidecar, Old Fashioned and Bee's Knees, have been spiced up with Chef Patrick's hand-crafted mixers featuring fresh herbs and flowers from Loews' onsite garden.  These cocktails are $6 each during Mistral's Summer Speakeasy Happy Hour and include complimentary truffled popcorn.

Wine Flights at Bar Mistral
Join our Sommelier every Wednesday from 6-7pm for a tasting flight of wines paired with paired appetizers by Chef Patrick Ponsaty, $20 per person.

Cocktail Class at Bar Mistral
Learn trends in the new world of mixology at our Cocktail Class every Thursday from 6-7pm.  $18 per person, includes cocktail tastings, recipe cards and tasty bar bites.

A Walk in the Herb Garden
Join Mistral Sous Chef Jonny Freyberg for a guided tour of the resort's 3,800 square foot herb garden followed by an herb-infused cocktail demonstration and tasting every Saturday at 2pm.  $18 per person. Reservations are required by 7pm the evening prior and can be made by calling (619) 424-4000 x6300.

Gondola Cruises
Create a little romance before or after your dinner at Mistral with a Gondola cruise through the enchanting canals and waterways of the Coronado Cays. Gondola cruises last approximately 1 hour and include a complimentary appetizer or dessert plate.  Each gondola can accommodate up to six passengers.  Guests may bring their own beverages. Soft blankets, ice bucket, glassware and a wine opener are provided.  Cruises are available 3pm to 12midnight and weekends from 11am to 12midnight.  It's the perfect addition to your evening.
