“The menu will embody not only the flair of the Chesapeake Bay, but also embrace the location’s rich history as the Annapolis Dairy Products Company” says Chef Kevin Relf, a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and Cornell University.  WEST.’s menu will be regionally and seasonally motivated.  Chef Kevin will seek his inspiration through local farmers and partners in the greater Chesapeake Region.
