An aperitif at the Cascade Lounge is an ideal precursor to a spectacular dinner overlooking the distant city lights of Tucson in the city’s only 5-Diamond restaurant, The Ventana Room. The perfect spot to savor casual American cuisine throughout the day in a relaxed atmosphere. Admire the view of the Catalina Mountains from the indoor dining area or from the outdoor terrace. Looking for a healthy start to your day? The Vista Barista is a gourmet coffee bar featuring organic teas, fair trade coffees and delicious pastries made with all natural ingredients, and no hydrogenated oils or trans fats. All pastries are made on-site by our chefs.
