Drink & Dine

New Orleans Cuisine

Here at our restaurant, it’s all about locally grown products, farm-fresh ingredients, and innovative menus created by our award-winning chefs that capture the unique flavors of this Southern destination. So jump-start your day with a beignet and cafe au lait from Café Adelaide. Ready for lunch? Try a po’ boy—a signature New Orleans sandwich. The Café Adelaide menu has everything from tried-and-true favorites, perfected over years of experience in The Commander’s Palace Family of Restaurants, to local favorites like Turtle Soup and Seafood Gumbo that are sure to please any palate. Come Sundays, you’re in for a treat thanks to our brunch with HAT-ITUDE. Come in sporting a hat (sorry, baseball caps don’t count) and try one of our specialties like Shrimp Courtbouillon with stone-ground grits and Pain Perdue “French Toast Big Easy style.” Loews New Orleans dining offers fabulous dishes from the region that are unlike anything you’ve tasted before.

Lounge Around

Loews New Orleans has a wonderful lounge for you to enjoy. While in the Big Easy, take a step back and relax in our Swizzle Stick Bar. It’s the perfect place to capture the joie de vivre (the joy of life) and your favorite adult beverage. Hungry? Stay a while. From appetizers to steaks cooked just the way you like, we’ll serve up whatever you’re in the mood for. Or stop by Café Adelaide, where you can dine in a slightly more formal setting. In addition to Swizzle Stick Bar’s delectable menu options, we offer bar chef Lu Brow’s take on all the classic cocktails, perfectly presented. Whatever your pleasure, we’ll serve it, but you may want to try our signature drink, the Sazerac. It happens to be the official cocktail of New Orleans, so you know it must be good. Whatever you decide, this is a great watering hole where you can relax or watch your favorite teams on the TV. On Friday and Saturday evenings, things get a little more high-spirited with live jazz late into the night.

Not surprisingly, we think very highly of our restaurants. Good thing for us that others do, too.
