Their belief? Drinking beer should be an adventure. And Heavy Seas delivers with new flavors inspired by worldwide cultures. Founder Hugh Sisson does everything in small batches, from TropiCannon (a tropical-inspired triple-citrus IPA) to Cutlass (a Vienna-style crystal malt lager). Locals flock to the brewery's Halethorpe taproom, but we're tapping kegs right here at BAROAK.
Baltimore's Black Angus farm is known for carefully bred, naturally fed cattle. Owner Ed Burchell uses advanced technology to select breeding traits, like marbling, for the best quality meats.
