Some of our event and meeting spaces can be found in our main hotel building, while others are located in the 18th-century landmark, the Powerhouse Conference Center. With over 20,000 square feet of unique event and meeting space to work with from sophisticated, intimate boardroom settings to grand Chesapeake Bay ballrooms we’re certain to have just the location you’re looking for.

In fact, if you combine our flexible, one-of-a-kind event spaces with our “right-in-the-heart-of-everything” location and our experienced staff you truly have the perfect Annapolis event venue. Then there’s our food. You can count on our catering, our menus and our staff to be well seasoned. We take pride in using the freshest ingredients to craft exquisite meals that will complement your special event. Of course, we’ll help with selecting the right china, linens and wine pairings as well.

  • 20,000 square feet of meeting space in our main building
  • 4,200 square feet of additional space in the Power House Conference Center: A three-story historic Annapolis landmark that once powered the city’s railroad. This one-of-a-kind building combines 18th-century charm with modern technology and convenience. The building’s exposed brick walls and high ceilings add to the space’s unique ambience.
  • The Regatta Ballroom: A 4,300-square-foot space featuring the Annapolis Atrium, a sunny pre-function area that’s ideal for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.

Offering the restaurant experience for your banquet, our Signature Dinner Experience provides a choice of entrée at the time of your event. No more ordering entrées beforehand with place cards; this four-course menu is perfect for a leisurely awards or recognition dinner.

WINE BY THE GLASS

Loews Hotels brings the restaurant experience to the banquet room and offers guests the option to choose from a variety of wines during their banquet dining experience.
