This one-of-a-kind building combines 18th-century charm with modern technology and convenience, offering 4,200 square feet of space for your event. The building’s exposed brick walls and high ceilings add to the space’s unique ambience.
  • The Regatta Ballroom: A 4,300-square-foot space featuring the Annapolis Atrium, a sunny pre-function area that’s ideal for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.
  • Annapolis Atrium: With dramatic 60-foot ceilings, this gorgeous space is 3,680 square feet and can seat up to 400. It may be combined with the Regatta Ballroom for a truly elegant affair or with the Windjammer Room for something more casual.
