In the event of inclement weather, the class will relocate to the Overlook event space at Live! by Loews – Arlington.
This holiday season, stay strong and centered with our Energize + Align winter wellness series. This revitalizing 45-minute class pairs dynamic Tabata HIIT (25 minutes) with restorative Vinyasa yoga (20 minutes). Suitable for beginners with options for added intensity.
The class and self-parking in the adjacent garage are complimentary and open to the public. All attendees will receive a complimentary enhancement valued up to $35 to add on to a service booked at The Spa at Loews Arlington. Restrictions apply.
