New Orleans

Can you believe it’s already July 1st?  The year is flying by and just as we are ready to hit the pause button to really enjoy the comforts of summer (e.g. porch swings, long days, and lemonade), we discover that July is National Ice Cream Month.  Well, that does makes sense…

Before you beeline to your freezer and opt for a scoop of your favorite flavor, let us tempt you with three original ‘sip-able’ ice cream desserts made by our talented culinary teams at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort , Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel, and Loews New Orleans Hotel. Two of the three are easy to concoct in your own kitchen, and while the third may be a little more time consuming, we promise that the ice cream float is well worth the effort.

Also, help us determine which scrumptious Ice Cream dessert is the ultimate crowd-pleaser by voting daily via our Facebook Fan Vote.   We will announce our winning Pastry Chef on July 31st to conclude National Ice Cream Month.
