Arrival
Is there parking at Loews Boston Hotel?
Valet parking is available for $60 per night, per car, and available 7 days a week between 7am and 11pm.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late check-outs and fees may apply. We cannot guarantee either early or late check-in, but as with all special requests, we will always note it in your reservation.

Is there an airport shuttle to Loews Boston Hotel?
No. We do not offer airport transportation. Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is roughly 20 minutes away.
What is the Loews Boston Hotel cancellation policy?
Reservations must be canceled by 4 PM local time, 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night plus tax fee. Loews Boston Hotel has fully refundable rooms available to book on our site, which can be canceled up to a few days before check-in. See our cancellation policy for exact terms and conditions. For reservations made through a travel agent or online booking platform, please contact them directly as your reservation will be subject to their terms and conditions.
Are pets allowed at the Loews Boston Hotel?
Yes, cats and dogs are welcome. We limit the number of pets to two per room. There is a one-time charge of USD $50 per accommodation, per stay. Service animals are exempt from fees. What is an Urban Fee?
An Urban Fee is a USD $20+tax nightly charge applied to each room that provides the below amenities:
- Fitness center access
- Unlimited local and long-distance phone calls
- Upgraded Premium Plus Wi-Fi
- $10 Uber credit per stay – only valid during a hotel stay and only in the metro Boston area.
Does the Loews Boston Hotel have a pool?
The Loews Boston Hotel does not have a pool.
Was Loews Boston Hotel once the home of the Boston Police Headquarters?
Yes. The Loews Boston Hotel was once the home to the Boston Police Headquarters. Today, you can still see the words, Boston Police Headquarters engraved in the building, enter the hotel through the original doors and notice the beautiful blue gothic style lanterns that light up the Back Bay sky. Yes. Loews Boston Hotel offers accommodations with spacious layouts for easy wheelchair access, accessible bathrooms with roll-in showers, accessible toilets with grab bars, shower seats available upon request, and ADA devices and equipment (for hearing-impaired guests).
