Dine Under the Stars and Experience Amazing Views

When you choose to dine in any one of our restaurants, you should know that we’re all about locally grown products, farm-fresh ingredients, and innovative menus created by our award-winning chefs that capture the unique flavors of this remarkable Southern California destination. So jump-start your day with Brioche French Toast — all while enjoying stunning views of the marina. Ready for lunch? Head out to the pool and try some authentic southwestern fare from La Cantina. Perhaps a Chicken Tinga Torta and a Grilled Pineapple Mojito to help wash it down. Their menu has everything from tried-and-true favorites to innovative culinary creations like Spicy Whipped Feta dip or Short Rib Grilled Cheese.

Dinner is Served

As the sun sets and the evening begins, make your way over to Mistral, our award-winning restaurant, for a delectable dining experience. With Chef Kozak preparing masterful culinary creations in Mistral, you’re in for a real treat. Try Chorizo Crusted Line-Caught Halibut one night and the Roasted Filet of Beef with pistachio chimichurri the next. Loews Coronado Bay dining offers fabulous dishes from the region that are unlike anything you’ve tasted before. Bon Appétit!

Lounge Around

Loews Coronado Bay has three lounges for you to enjoy. And of course, you can always order drinks while you unwind at the Sea Spa. While you’re our guest, take a step back and experience the casual vibe of our Cays Lounge. Located just beyond the resort’s signature grand staircase, it’s the perfect place to take in breathtaking views of the San Diego skyline and Coronado Bay. While you’re relaxing at one of our communal-style bar tables watching your favorite teams play on our nine LCD flat-screen TVs, enjoy a cocktail developed by our talented team of bartenders. If craft beers are your thing, we’ve got plenty that are brewed right here in San Diego for you to try. Outside on the Bay Terrace, oversized teak sofas are the place to get cozy in front of our stylish fire pits in the evening. Hungry? Stay a while. From appetizers to steaks cooked the way you like them, Cays Lounge offers a unique selection of tempting small plates that hit the spot every time. 

If you appreciate a nice red or white wine, stop by Bar Mistral. It has signature craft cocktails, an extensive wine-by-the-glass list as well as sommelier-recommended vintages from our wine room. If you’re in the mood for a beverage while lying out by the pool, La Cantina has you covered. Be sure to try their signature margaritas. From what our guests tell us, they’re muy bueno! Whatever you decide, our lounges provide a comfortable atmosphere where you can kick back year-round.
