Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel announces the appointment of Nicole Young as director of marketing. In her new role, Young will lead the strategic sales efforts, revenue management and market positioning for the AAA Four Diamond hotel and its luxury spa, three restaurants and lounges and 17,000 square feet of meeting space. Throughout her 10-year tenure with Loews Hotels, Young has earned a reputation for superlative leadership and strategic market assessment. Most recently, she served as director of revenue management for Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel where she was successful in generating the highest RevPAR levels in the history of the hotel. Prior to that, she worked as the hotel’s director of rooms, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office, housekeeping, laundry, security and spa departments.
