Options include dishes such as Vegan Linguini Primavera, made with artichokes, asparagus, mushrooms and a roast pimento zucchini coulis; Local Sea Bass with almond yogurt and chive aioli; Chili Pineapple Tiger Shrimp with an avocado corn sauté, Mache grilled pineapple salad and a pineapple passion fruit vinaigrette.
